Medxcel is seeking a Facilities Technician for All Saint's Hospital in Racine, WI. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair building systems to support safe patient care.

You'll work day shift in a full-time role, collaborating with engineers and facilities staff. The position offers growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a focus on people and customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school with 2 years of experience.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.
• Specialized knowledge and expertise in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are required to perform a variety of duties.
• Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.
