Job summary

Medxcel in Woodbury, TN is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems across our hospital facilities.

The role requires hands-on expertise in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing and electrical systems, with a minimum of 4 years of related experience. Day shift, full-time position with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school with 2 years of experience.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education or experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.
• Specialized knowledge and expertise inlocksmith,HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are required to perform a variety of duties.
• Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.
