Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1 year of experience in trades.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heating and cooling systems including repairs.
• Perform plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance.

Job description

40 hours per week (7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities include:

• Filter changes/complete work order assignments
• Maintain heating and cooling systems
• Cooling towers/pumps
• Heat pump repairs
• Plumbing repairs
• Preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma, plus one (1) year of experience in electrical, mechanical, or construction trades. Additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
