Base pay range

$25.89/hr - $53,856.00/hr

Description

Perform building maintenance tasks including repairs, HVACR systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and monitoring computerized systems. Work may require nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• For Maintenance Mechanic I: Two (2) years as Apprentice, pass skills test, EPA certification I & II or III.
• OR High school diploma/GED + 4 years maintenance experience + EPA certification + skills test.
• OR State Mechanical Contractor's License + EPA certification + skills test.

Special Requirements

• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to pass PPE Fit Test.

Physical/Additional Requirements

May involve work with ACMs.

Additional duties

• Work independently, travel between facilities, order parts, recommend repairs.
