Greenheck Group is seeking a Facilities Operations Technician to ensure well-maintained facilities, handling routine maintenance, repairs, and space reconfigurations. You will work on-site in Shelby, NC, supporting security systems and building operations while providing reliable service to internal teams and contractors.

The role requires 0-2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma (associate degree preferred).

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in facility and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair including carpentry repairs, office furniture installations, simple plumbing and painting.
• Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools required.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail and quality required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment as described.
• Assist with office relocations, space allocations, and furniture setup.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency issues.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance, inventories, and security-related tasks.
