Job summary

This role includes equipment operation, material handling, basic troubleshooting, and active participation in process improvements to keep lines running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Familiar with basic machinery operation and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and promote PPE use across the operation.
• Operate machinery, forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials and inventory control.
• Support quality checks and ensure product conformity.
• Record production data and maintenance activities accurately.
• Identify minor equipment issues and report major problems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and productivity goals.
