High school diploma or equivalent, two years experience in the maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing, or mechanical equipment, and possession of a valid driver’s license and maintenance of a driving record sufficient to maintain insurance coverage under the University of South Alabama. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
