Medxcel seeks a dedicated facilities maintenance professional in Detroit, MI, supporting Henry Ford Properties in the Facilities department. Day shift, full-time role focusing on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical systems and equipment.

Candidates should have trade school graduation and at least 2 years of related experience, with hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, motors, locksmith, and general mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.

• Apply specialized knowledge in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems for a variety of duties.
• Repair heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain motors and specialized equipment.
