You will read prints, measure with tools, and ensure quality while following safety protocols. The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing fabrication and a High School Diploma or GED.

Operates a wide variety of machinery such as Brake Press, Spot Welders, Punch Press, and other similar equipment to fabricate sheet metal according to production demands & specifications.
Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they adhere to production needs which meet print specifications.
Math - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Communication - Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Problem Solving - Strong ability to identify issues and offer solutions
Ability to read/interpret prints and measuring tools
Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to meet production demands and needs
Satisfactory teamwork and communication; the ability to work effectively with others and have clear/concise communication
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment requires hearing protection. Employee is required to wear safety glasses and steel-toed shoes.
