Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing and pipefitting systems and industrial equipment.
• Reclaim refrigerant and comply with EPA regulations for refrigerants.
• Test, troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution systems for emergency and normal power.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair plumbing and piping systems.
• Trace and locate leaks in pipelines and systems for repair.
• Maintain medical gas systems and components and related equipment.
• Support food service equipment maintenance including ovens and fryers.
• Hold a valid state driver’s license for routine duties.
• Work schedule typically Monday–Friday or equivalent.
• Perform work from ladders, scaffolding and hydraulic platforms as required.
