Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking two Maintenance Mechanics for Monroe, WI. One on 2nd shift (approx. 3:00pm–11:00pm) and one on 3rd shift (approx.

11:00pm–7:00am). Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of forms and labels machinery to meet demanding production schedules. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with proficiency in electrical up to 480V, mechanical drives, and pneumatic/hydraulic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a printing/packaging/high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair three-phase electrical systems and mechanical drives.
• Ability to read schematics/technical manuals for industrial printing machinery.
• Strong safety focus and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and PM of forms and labels machinery.
• Enter work orders, labor hours, and parts into CMMS system.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and Operations Manager to implement PM program.
• Provide electrical/electronic support including PLCs, sensors, and process control instrumentation.
