Job summary

Case Paper Co Inc in Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain motors, conveyors, and production equipment. You'll inspect machinery, troubleshoot issues, and adjust components using hand and power tools.

You will collaborate with production teams to keep machines running efficiently, manage spare parts, and participate in safety initiatives to protect coworkers and the facility. Prior experience in industrial maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Industrial maintenance experience of 3 years minimum.
• Knowledge of electrical, automation controls, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform Planned/Preventative Maintenance and repairs for the facility.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and adjust parts with tools.
• Work with production crews to maximize machine uptime and minimize waste.
• Maintain parts inventories and support rapid maintenance responses.
• Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and CAD drawings.
