Job summary

Naturally Network is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, rebuilds, and upgrades, and assist in installing new machinery.

You must have strong electronics/PLC knowledge, welding and machining skills, and the ability to work in a team while adhering to GMP and safety standards. This is a first-shift, on-site role in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in a mechanical repair capacity or related role within a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience troubleshooting and installing high speed industrial machinery.
• Project management - ability to see job through to completion with attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a team concept.
• Strong background in electronics and PLC controlled processes.
• Strong machining and welding skills are desirable.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Good attendance and dependability a must.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have computer skills to look up part location/availability on computer using maintenance software.
• Ability to communicate with other mechanics and explain mechanical processes and theory.
• Ability to meet attendance guidelines and work additional hours/OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs in expeditious manner.
• Perform weekly preventative maintenance functions.
• Perform rebuilds/upgrades on assigned equipment.
• Participate and assist in the installation of new machinery.
• Inspect machines for parts wear and recommend/participate in making necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership to ensure common priorities and goals for shift.
• Assist with coaching machine operators on minor adjustments/fixes on equipment.
• Ensure paperwork including daily end of shift reports, inventory, safety sheets and supply requisitions are completed accurately.
• Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action immediately.
• Additional duties and various projects as needed.
