Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical maintenance preferred.
• Ability to learn mechanical systems and food manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with contractors.
• Able to operate forklift or PIT equipment.
• Follow written and oral instructions; read work orders and manuals.
• English communication skills; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete daily preventive maintenance tasks.
• Keep production lines mechanically sound and well-maintained.
• Assist Production and Quality teams as needed.
• Set up, inspect, test, and tear down machinery and equipment.
• Detect abnormal machine sounds and coordinate repairs with supervisors.
• Dismantle faulty machines and install repaired parts.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery components.
• Maintain building structures and related facilities.
• Other duties as assigned to support operations.
