Fidelis Logistics is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep facility machinery running at peak efficiency. You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, while following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with CMMS software. We value meticulous work, the ability to work independently, and commitment to reliability and quality maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience as a technician/mechanic.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Megamation or other CMMS is a plus.
• Meticulous about inspecting, repairing, and upgrading machinery.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machine components for maximum efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and resolve breakdowns quickly.
• Repair or replace defective parts using tools and precision instruments.
• Operate metalworking tools and maintain material handling equipment; welding a plus.
• Assist in setting up new machinery and improving existing equipment.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and maintain records.
• Collaborate with operations staff to coordinate repairs and minimize production interruptions.
