Fidelis Logistics is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep our equipment running smoothly in Pico Rivera, CA. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with Megamation or similar CMMS is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machine components to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical (24VDC, 480VAC), pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize production downtime.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments; dismantle machinery when needed.
• Operate metalworking tools and maintain material handling equipment; MIG/Arc welding experience is a plus.
• Assist in setting up new machinery and enhance existing equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Follow OSHA regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS (Megamation) with accurate records.
• Collaborate with operations staff to troubleshoot and coordinate repairs, minimizing disruptions.

What We're Looking For :

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with proven ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is key.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Megamation or other C omputerized Maintenance Management Software is a plus.
• You're met iculou s about inspecting, repairing, and upgrading machinery.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues.

What You'll Do :

• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machine components to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical (24VDC, 480AC), pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, quickly resolving breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments; dismantle machinery to access problem areas when needed.
• Operate metalworking tools (e.g., drill presses, grinders) and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment. MIG/Arc welding experience is a plus.
• Assist in setting up new machinery and enhance existing equipment to boost efficiency and safety.
• Strictly adhere to OSH A regu lations and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs in our CMMS (e.g., Megamation ), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Co llaborate with operations staff and other mechanics to troubleshoot complex problems and coordinate repairs, minimizing disruptions to production.
