Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair plant equipment, install control systems, and support GMP/SOP compliance within a fast-paced food production environment.

You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, work on preventive maintenance, and help develop junior technicians while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Weekend and shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Four years of working experience in the Maintenance field (preferred Food Industry).
• Troubleshooting electric and mechanical systems.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems expertise.

Responsibilities

• Participate and promote safety and Food safety policies, including GMP.
• Repair, maintain, and rebuild assigned areas, equipment, and machines; perform preventive maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and control systems; run and complete work orders on time.
• Develop and train junior technicians through one-to-one or group sessions.
