Work Schedule: Sun-Tues 5p-5a, Wed 5p-11p (plant maintenance), Wed 11p-5a (plant maintenance), Thurs-Sat 5p-5a (warehouse)

Retention Bonus: $5,000 (based on performance and eligibility)

This is a full-time experienced Maintenance Mechanic position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. Maintenance Mechanics also troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems, read schematics, and use electrical testing equipment (Volt-Ohm meter, ammeter, oscilloscope). Our experienced Mechanics have extensive understanding of Programmable Logic Controls and contribute through preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking. They work on any equipment within the facility and operate lathes, mills, arc and Heliarc welders for repair and fabrication.

Work varies daily depending on need and location. Conditions can be loud, and indoor warehouse environments are affected by seasons and weather. Temperature control is limited.

Our Maintenance team is known for:

• Deep understanding of high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase motors)
• Multi-craft maintenance and repair (electrical and mechanical systems)

• Assisting entry-level mechanics with repairs
• Working under pressure to fix equipment
• Urgently restoring equipment
• Troubleshooting various equipment issues
• Conducting repair failures
• Ensuring maximum equipment efficiency
• Responding to maintenance calls
• Inspecting machines and developing repair plans
• Diagnosing and correcting issues based on task lists

Having an electrical certification, maintenance experience, technical training, or welding skills is advantageous. We have a robust training program for those with a mechanical maintenance background, especially in electrical repair. Preferably, candidates have at least two years of training in mechanical/electrical repair in manufacturing.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 15-50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, reach, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
• Willing to work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
