Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment.
Basic PLC and automation knowledge.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Troubleshoot 24VDC–480VAC electrical systems, VFDs, sensors, and basic PLCs.
Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Perform basic welding, fabrication, mechanical repairs, and equipment modifications.
Complete maintenance documentation and follow LO TO and safety procedures.
Assist with equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.
