You will handle HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems, read manuals and schematics, and maintain accurate records while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school preferred).
• Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems per schedule.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment for proper operation and identify problems early.
• Repair or replace defective parts, including motors, belts, bearings, pumps, valves, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical.
• Read blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
