Job summary
FrieslandCampina Ingredients is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for our Turtle Lake, WI facility. You will maintain plant equipment, utilities, and infrastructure while upholding safety, quality, and GMP standards.
Strong electrical/mechanical expertise, PLC familiarity, and the ability to work independent or with a team are essential. The role offers day-to-day inspection, repair, and testing of process systems in a regulated manufacturing environment, with opportunities to advance
Qualifications
- Technical degree with a minimum of 3 years of electrical experience
- Industrial electrical background preferred; Electrical Technician Certification strongly desired
- Knowledge of electrical distribution, boilers, wells, heat exchangers, and various process systems
- Experience with PLCs, sensors, data systems, and equipment testing
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently in a production environment
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain plant equipment and utilities on a daily basis
- Complete inspection rounds, execute scheduled work orders, and install/test new equipment
- Diagnose mechanical or electrical issues and implement fixes
- Support production operations as needed and ensure safety and GMP compliance
