Qualifications

• One year of general building maintenance experience.
• Five years of specialized maintenance experience with building systems.
• Experience reading drawings, sketches and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, installs, maintains and repairs electrical wiring systems and related equipment.
• Installs and maintains HVAC systems and walk-in refrigeration units.
• Performs carpentry tasks and structural repairs from drawings and measurements.
• Maintains and repairs building surfaces, structures and equipment.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools and follows safety guidelines.
