Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in Mayport, FL seeks a Maintenance/Other professional to manage daily maintenance operations across a 200-room NHG property. You will plan, schedule and supervise repairs, renovations and routine upkeep, coordinating with NAVFAC and other partners to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

The role requires experience in general maintenance, strong leadership, and ability to use the Property Management System to monitor occupancy and room status.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance programs for buildings, grounds, fixtures and equipment.
• Ability to plan and schedule work across daily, weekly, monthly cycles.
• Strong safety knowledge and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise a comprehensive maintenance, repair and renovation program at the site level.
• Use the PMS to access guest room information, occupancy data and inventory needs.
• Plan and schedule ongoing maintenance work for staff on daily to quarterly cycles.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside organizations on NHG facility maintenance.
• Inspect all facilities and common areas for safety and quality compliance.
• Ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions and guest satisfaction.
