Qualifications

• Mechanical Technical Degree or certificate or equivalent with 1+ year practical experience, or 3–5 years in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read, interpret schematics, loop drawings, P&IDs, and other technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex equipment failures and troubleshoot to root cause using manuals, prints, and diagnostic tools.
• Safely dismantle, adjust, repair, and operate complex equipment using hand/power tools, cranes, and hoists.
• Apply mechanics, welding, pipefitting, and hydraulics knowledge to maintain/repair equipment daily.
• Complete work timely with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks based on plant needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shifts available and hours: Night shift, 5:50 pm–6 am on an EOWEO/2‑2‑3 rotation (you may be trained on day shift but will work night shift afterward)
Shift premium: $1.00 per hour for shift differential

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex equipment failures, troubleshoot for root cause, and develop solutions using scientific methods and tools such as prints, sketches, manuals, diagnostic equipment, and machinery knowledge.
• Safely dismantle, adjust, repair, and operate complex equipment using hand and power tools, cranes, and hoists, often involving complex rigging.
• Apply knowledge of mechanics, welding, pipefitting, hydraulics, and other crafts to efficiently repair or maintain complex equipment daily.
• Complete work in a timely manner, often without direct supervision; organize work for maximum efficiency and adjust priorities based on plant needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience

• A Mechanical Technical Degree or certificate equivalent with at least 1‑year practical experience, and/or 3‑5 years of practical experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong ability to read, comprehend, and interpret schematics, loop drawings, P&IDs, and other technical resource manuals.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Successfully complete knowledge and skills assessments and participate in training initiatives to maintain and improve skills within required time frames.
• Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving skills capable of efficiently troubleshooting machinery, tooling, process control loops, and other instrument device failures.
• Software knowledge base skills and the ability to perform calculations and conversions.
