CVS Health is hiring a full-time maintenance technician in California. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing conveyors, balers, and powered equipment, with regular inspections, lubrication, and handling of electrical/mechanical failures.

Shift eligibility is influenced by seniority under the Union contract. Starting pay ranges from $21.83 to $31.75 per hour, with benefits and a comprehensive package.

Competenze

• Read, write and count accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift and overtime.
• Comfort around 24V, 110V and 480V electrical systems.
• Read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Work well in a team and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Be trained in Lock-out Tag-out procedures.

Mansioni

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on conveyors, balers and powered equipment.
• Regular system inspections and checks (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Lubrication and smaller service tasks.
• Handle unplanned electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and resolve.
• Adjust light sensors and switches; manage wear parts for rolling stock and dock gear.
• Exchange wear parts and set up components for equipment.
• Carry out field tasks as directed by Management.
