Harley-Davidson Motor Company in York seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for the York Vehicle Operations facility. The role performs mechanical maintenance on automated equipment, troubleshooting, lubrication, welding, and maintaining presses and drives.

Requires journeyperson card or 7 years of related experience, plus a HS diploma and basic electrical understanding. This is a full-time, second or third shift position with overtime per the labor agreement.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Card or 7 years of applicable experience as a machine repair person, toolmaker, or machine tool builder.

Responsabilités

• Support production by responding to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and perform mechanical maintenance on automated equipment.
• Lubrication, welding repairs, and maintenance of mechanical drives and presses.
• Read and use prints for machine assembly, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Lockout and safety procedures; operate material handling equipment.
