Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Oregon is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and reliability.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read manuals, diagnose issues, and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires reading English, lifting up to 35 lbs, and complying with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of millwright-style maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and Plant equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
