Job summary

Clyde’s Donuts in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production, packaging, and facility systems, including heating and refrigeration, conveyors, motors, and related components.

The role operates on the 3rd shift, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, with voluntary OT, a $1,000 tool allowance, $3,000 sign-on bonus, and a weekend bonus program. Comprehensive benefits are provided by Clyde’s Donuts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related industrial maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to trouble shoot malfunctions and adapt under time constraints.
• Read and interpret complex work instructions, safety rules, and technical manuals.
• Basic math and algebra; effective communication in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on production and facility equipment.
• Repair PLC controls, motor controls, wiring, testing, and schematics.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and documentation; uphold safety and GMP requirements.
• Install new electrical and mechanical equipment as directed and support continuous improvement.
