Major Position Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and extensive repairs on industrial machinery such as large hydraulic presses, induction heaters, and conveyors, following written and verbal instructions.
• Support electricians and other maintenance staff in equipment repairs.
• Guide Maintenance 1, 2, and 3 employees and contractors to accomplish projects.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, recommend solutions, and conduct repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and record time management in the database.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, notify management of malfunctions or injuries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including tool management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an electromechanical maintenance technician in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Advanced electrical skills with control power and circuits from 480Vac to 24Vdc.
• Experience troubleshooting motor controls and VFDs.
• Related professional or technical training degree preferred.
