Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic on 2nd Shift. The role involves applying technical skills to maintain and improve operational equipment and facilities safely and efficiently, requiring troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electromechanical devices, machinery, HVAC, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Minimize downtime and improve equipment to enhance production capabilities and reduce capital expenditures.

Additional Duties

• Evaluate and resolve equipment problems, participate in testing and evaluation of raw materials and equipment.
• Assist in training personnel, research manuals for parts procurement, and provide feedback on equipment condition.
• Maintain machines for quality output and ensure a safe, clean work environment per GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of an apprenticeship or similar training.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems or willingness to undertake electrical training.

Physical Requirements

• Substantial walking, occasional ladder use, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and work in confined spaces.
