A leader in the aerospace manufacturing industry is currently looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team! If you have previous experience and want to work with a company that is innovative and growing, this is the time to apply!

Position: Maintenance Mechanic

Shift: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm plus daily overtime, Monday-Friday

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 p/h

Position Overview

Repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical equipment, and production machines, including performing preventative maintenance and emergency response. Works under minimal supervision to analyze, troubleshoot, and fix both standard and advanced equipment issues.

Job Duties

• Perform repairs, replacements, adjustments, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment like pumps, cranes, hoists, and hydraulic systems.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts, inspect for imperfections, and adjust functional components and control instruments.
• Operate power tools, metalworking equipment (lathe, drill press, grinder), and forklifts, aerial lifts, and small trucks for various tasks.
• Repair electrical equipment, clean, and paint as part of maintenance duties.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience
• Must be able to read, interpret instructions, such as blue prints and shop drawings
• Previous experience with welding, plumbing or electrician experience is highly desired
• Show proof of H.S. Diploma or GED
• Pass pre-employment background and drug test
