Advantage Technical is hiring a Skilled Maintenance Mechanic for our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, respond to line calls, and support installation and setup to keep operations flowing.

The role requires 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with high-speed automation. You will work 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with overtime and some Saturdays.

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Skilled Maintenance Mechanic. If you're experienced in maintaining and repairing production equipment and enjoy working independently, this is your opportunity to make a real impact with a Fortune 500 company.

Schedule:

• *Must be flexible and work some overtime as needed, including Saturdays
• 2nd Shift | Mon-Fri 3:00PM - 11:30AM

Pay: up to 36 +/hour (Shift differential as well as Overtime at time and a half)

This is a hands-on maintenance role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. You will respond to production line calls, perform preventative maintenance, and support the installation and setup of equipment to ensure efficient operation.

Responsibilities:
