Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift in a busy manufacturing operation. This hands-on role focuses on keeping production equipment running at peak performance through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Candidates will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, repair PLC-controlled equipment, and work with punch presses, thermoformers, interfolders, and packaging machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance in high-volume manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
• Work on a variety of manufacturing equipment including punch presses, thermoformers, interfolders, and packaging machinery
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, sensors, PLC-controlled systems, and servo-driven equipment
• Repair, replace, or fabricate components as needed to restore equipment functionality
• Complete maintenance work accurately, safely, and efficiently following company standards and procedures
• Support continuous improvement efforts to improve equipment reliability and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Solid troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Working knowledge of PLCs, machine controls, motors, and servo systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned equipment issues
• Must have tools and diagnostic equipment necessary for the role
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended shifts when needed
