Job Description

SIGN ON BONUS $2000

• 1 - 2nd shift 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a shift premium of $2/hr.
• Maintain organization's production equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Repair and maintain machinery such as die cutters, presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
• Install and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
• Reproduce parts using welders or machine tools like lathes and milling machines.
• Inspect and maintain facility systems including compressed air, boilers, HVAC, vacuum, lighting, electrical, and plumbing.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative actions as assigned.
• Provide repair recommendations, including materials, parts, and estimated repair time.
• Include PLC work as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Skill in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment.
• Ability to perform precise adjustments and measurements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Knowledge of geometry, shop mathematics, and formulas for parameters like pressure and flow.
• Experience with machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.

Additional Information

The pay range is $25.00 to $34.00 per hour, with variations based on experience, skills, and location. The role is on the 2nd shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a $2/hr shift premium.
