Job summary

RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. The company maintains production equipment and performs electrical/mechanical repairs to keep presses and bindery equipment operating efficiently.

The position is 1st shift (7am-3pm, Monday-Friday) with occasional overtime. You will diagnose faults using diagrams and specs, repair using hand tools, welders, and machine tools, and support continuous manufacturing and quality objectives across diverse

Qualifications

• Ability to install, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and maintain complex equipment.
• Advanced knowledge to trace malfunctions and distinguish mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Precise adjustments for alignment, parallelism and concentricity during operation.
• Precise measurement of air and fluid pressure and related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization's production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment in response to errors or failures.
• Repair machinery using diagrams, manuals, and specifications for die cutters, presses, inserts, and conveyors.
• May repair or reproduce parts using welders or machine tools when needed.
