Job Summary
- Residential maintenance experiences repairing and servicing of HVAC, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic carpentry, and flooring. Some experience repairing toilets, sinks and faucets, drywall repair and painting. Mechanical knowledge of electric motors, hydronic pumps and door locking hardware is preferred but not required.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
- Education: High school education or equivalent (GED) required. Must be able to read and write English.
