Qualifications

• Experience maintaining industrial processing equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical issues on 12-hour shifts.
• Interest in continuous improvement and training new employees.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial processing and packaging machinery
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Provide technical support and leadership for equipment troubleshooting and modifications
• Initiate and participate in root cause analysis
• Perform both uptime and downtime preventive maintenance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
• Assist in training new employees
