Ingleside Retirement Apartments is currently seeking a full-time maintenance mechanic for our 208-unit high-rise apartment building for seniors. Responsibilities include responding to work orders and performing general building maintenance such as painting, carpentry, trash removal, floor care, basic plumbing and electrical duties, and snow removal. Candidates should have proven prior related maintenance experience and be able to perform physical duties such as climbing, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting items up to 75-100 lbs.
