Smart Resources Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support food and beverage manufacturing by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and packaging equipment. You will work to keep lines running safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and maintain fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, pumps, valves, and compressors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• CMMS experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs
• Support CIP systems and food-grade manufacturing requirements

Maintenance Mechanic - Immediate Need Overview

We're looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to support food & beverage manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and packaging equipment. This role is responsible for keeping equipment running safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, pumps, valves, and compressors
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs
• Support CIP systems and food-grade manufacturing requirements
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in the CMMS
• Follow all safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
