Job summary

Traditions Prepared Meals Sacramento is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Sacramento, CA. The technician will ensure food manufacturing equipment runs smoothly, maintain refrigeration and A/C systems, and perform repairs and routine maintenance to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Refrigeration, Electrical, and General Maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to work in freezer and cold environment for extended periods.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Computer knowledge helpful.

• Update and maintain equipment list and repairs.
• Sanitizing air conditioning unit.
• Responsible for removing the buildup of ice on the freezer floors as needed.

The Role at a glance:

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician in Sacramento, CA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the food manufacturing equipment is running smoothly. This position will help maintain refrigeration and A/C equipment and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
