You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility-related projects while contributing directly to the efficiency, reliability, and growth of our manufacturing operations.**What You'll Do*** Respond to equipment issues and support production by minimizing downtime.* Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and repairs to maximize equipment performance and reliability.* Support facility improvement projects, including lighting, painting, floor repairs, equipment relocation, and other infrastructure upgrades.* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.* Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.* Dismantle equipment to diagnose problems and replace defective components.* Test and verify equipment performance following repairs and maintenance activities.* Install wiring, conduit, and electrical components for new and existing equipment.* Diagnose and repair motors, relays, switches, transformers, sensors, and other electrical devices.* Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to fabricate or repair parts.* Assist with equipment moves and other projects supporting future factory initiatives.* Partner with production and maintenance team members to identify and implement improvements.* Perform other duties as assigned.**What Success Looks Like*** Equipment downtime is minimized and production interruptions are addressed promptly.* Preventative maintenance activities are completed safely and on schedule.* Equipment and facility systems operate efficiently and reliably.* Improvement projects are completed effectively and support future operational goals.* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.**Required Qualifications*** Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.* Three to six years of industrial maintenance experience or related technical experience.* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.* Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.* Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations related to measurements and maintenance activities.* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in a manufacturing environment.* Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.* Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.* Experience supporting facility expansion or equipment relocation projects.* Electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting.**What We Offer*** Competitive compensation* Medical, dental, and vision benefits* 401(k) with company match* Tuition reimbursement* Paid vacation, personal days, and company holidays* Career growth and advancement opportunities* Learning and development programs* Opportunity to contribute to future factory improvement initiatives**About Crane Pumps & Systems**Crane Pumps & Systems designs and manufactures innovative pump solutions for the effective and efficient transportation of wastewater.
