Are you a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills? Join a privately held dairy and cheese manufacturing company with 40+ years in the industry and 400+ employees at our HQ and plant in Perth Amboy, NJ.

We are looking for dedicated individuals for our 2nd and 3rd shifts who are ready to grow with a company that values expertise, teamwork, and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot/repair electrical and mechanical production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on packaging and processing lines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Enforce safety and company policies
• Suggest efficiency improvements and support your team on the floor
• Maintain time and production records
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Familiar with GMPs, SOPs, Lockout/Tagout, and OSHA
• Experience in FDA-regulated food manufacturing
• High Pressure Black Seal License
• Background in dairy or cheese production
• Willingness to work Saturdays & overtime as needed
