Aerotek is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for an on‑site role in Northfield, MN. You will troubleshoot automated production equipment, electrical systems, and production machinery in a clean, organized facility.

This permanent position emphasizes hands‑on work on advanced manufacturing equipment and continuous improvement. The role requires experience with PLC‑controlled systems, preventative maintenance, and the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC‑related issues.
• Work with 3‑phase and 480V electrical systems.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to identify and resolve issues.
• Support a safe, efficient, and high‑performing manufacturing operation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Northfield, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
