Our Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for general facility and equipment maintenance in a highly-automated food manufacturing environment. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving immediate issues, ensuring line and factory continuous operations, removing and installing various mechanical and electrical equipment/components, and performing preventive and repair maintenance to meet operational requirements.

• To qualify for the hiring bonus, you must:
• Meet or exceed the experience and qualifications required for the role
• Interview and be identified for hire
• Pass multiple assessments
• Clear background screening, including a physical, hearing, and drug screening

Experience

At least 2 years of work experience in an automated industrial manufacturing facility, ideally involving maintenance of packaging and/or processing equipment.
