Jagemann Stamping is seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics on the Second shift to keep our manufacturing lines running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and design small components to support repairs and improvements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues from schematics and ensure safety standards are met while delivering reliable equipment uptime in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment problems.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using advanced testing equipment.
• Repair and maintain production equipment by adjusting, repairing, or replacing components.
• Design and fabricate custom components for equipment repairs, modifications, and improvement projects.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using advanced testing equipment (dial indicators, bore gauges, hardness testers, multi-meters, meggers, and more)
• Repair and maintain production equipment by adjusting, repairing, or replacing components
• Design and fabricate custom components for equipment repairs, modifications, and improvement projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on troubleshooting and strategic planning initiatives
• Interpret complex schematics including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process diagrams
• Execute preventative maintenance programs according to scheduled protocols
• Maintain strict adherence to Environmental Health & Safety procedures
