Mr. Dell's Foods, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our Kearney, MO plant on 3rd shift in a temperature-controlled environment. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, electrical and refrigeration system work, and using hand tools to keep production running.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of mechanical experience, plus welding, electrical, or refrigeration coursework. High school or vocational education is preferred. 401(k), health insurance, and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of mechanical experience; on-the-job maintenance is preferred.
• Completion of welding, electrical, and refrigeration courses is preferred.
• High school or trade/vocational education is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.
• Work on electrical and refrigeration systems.
• Operate hand tools and measurement devices.
• Maintain production by addressing maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Operate various shop equipment and safety gear.

Mr. Dell's Foods, LLC is now hiring Maintenance Mechanics on 3rd shift, in a temperature-controlled environment. This position will perform all mechanical work involving dismantling, overhauling, repairing, assembling, welding and other modifications. **The top priority is to keep production running!****Job Responsibilities:**· Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.· Perform work on electrical and refrigeration systems.· Must be able to lift or maneuver objects up to 50 pounds.· Must be available for maintenance emergencies as needed.· Operate proper electric, pneumatic or hydraulic hand tools, such as drills, impact wrenches and power saws.· Use tape measures, scales, rulers, height sticks, hand levels or gauges.
