V&V Supremo Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production and facility equipment in a food manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect systems, and communicate with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills and adherence to GMP, OSHA, and SQF standards. Shifts include Sun-Thu 8PM-4AM or Mon-Fri options with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and food safety standards
• Basic PLC skills and electrical troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains production and facility equipment in a food manufacturing setting.
• Responds to work orders promptly and documents actions taken.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.
• Maintains tool and material inventories and communicates needs to supervision.
• Complies with SQF, GMP, safety regulations and QA procedures.

Performs daily and weekly preventive maintenance programs to insure efficient operation of mechanical equipment. Maintains a positive working relationship with other departments throughout the company.Primary Responsibilities:Maintains Production and Facility equipmentPrompt and effective response and resolution to work orders (checklist & reports)Maintains and checks tool and material inventory level.
