• Provide technical support and leadership for equipment troubleshooting and modifications.
• Perform uptime and downtime preventive maintenance.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance.
• Assist in training new employees.

Maintenance Mechanic – Hannibal, MO

Responsible for performing maintenance on industrial equipment, including troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance of plant assets.

Shift Hours

12‑hour shifts: 5:00 pm–5:00 am, 6:00 pm–6:00 am, or 6:30 pm–6:30 am. Ability to work overtime, any shift, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Plant operates 24/7.

Pay

• Starting at $32.40 per hour (Level 1).
• $35.70 per hour after training (Level 2).
• $37.25 per hour after training (Level 3).

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must perform physical tasks for extended periods: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting over surfaces.
• Must climb and/or work at heights using stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms.
• Must wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net, and gloves when required.
• Willing and able to adhere to grooming requirements for a food manufacturing environment.
• Must tolerate hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet working conditions.
• Willing to work around industrial high‑speed moving machinery.
• Must work with allergens present in a food environment and in a tobacco‑free environment.
