Woodbridge Group, based in Greensboro, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on production and facility-related equipment. This role demands a technical background and a commitment to safety and quality.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with mechanical systems. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including equipment repair, maintenance documentation, and collaboration with team members to enhance troubleshooting methods.

Performs minor and major repairs to all production and facility related equipment. These repairs include machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic controls, conveyors systems, and production machines and equipment.

Prefer two year technical training, Associate’s degree or military training and five years experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents and training materials such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills are required.
Must have the ability to work with basic mathematical concepts, fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions in practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Standard work hours will consist of eight hours per day, five days per week on an assigned shift. Schedule hours may be altered as required by business conditions. This may be more (or less) than eight hours per day or five days per week. An ability to work overtime or irregular hours to include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays is essential for this position.
