Responsibilities

• Perform operations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Acquire skills and knowledge to obtain necessary licenses.
• Work hours are from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm; flexibility and weekend work required. Location: Reston VA.
• Conduct inspections of systems and equipment regularly.
• Perform scheduled preventative and general maintenance.
• Maintain equipment to industry standards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues as needed.
• Assist subcontractors with installation and repairs.
• Coordinate with building managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Complete reports on system status as directed.
• Run wiring, cabling, ductwork, and mount equipment per specifications.
• Manage inventory and purchase materials as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Availability to work all shifts and be on call 24/7.
• Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems.
• Universal CFC/R-410A certification.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and ascend ladders up to 30 feet.
• Excellent customer service skills.
